I think I'm nocturnal

Hmm its nearly 1am and here I am updating my blogsite ... not sure if thats disturbing or just plain sad :-) So is it thursday or friday right now ... I dunno, i'm gonna write this as thursday nite.

Busy day today, worked at first mobile for 6 hours, then touchdown helping with a new reality tv show, then off to the gym for my bodyjam fix, then back to work. I stuck around there til midnight, pretty decent effort I reckon! Then its back to work at first mobile tomorrow.

Yesterday (wednesday) I had work for the day then dance practise which was quite eventful but a lot of fun, I haven't laughed that much in a while. It was quite a sight watching us in the mirrors trying to get moves that just aren't made for us white girls ;-) It'll take some practise but we'll get it in the end. Then I went to The Dogs Bollix to see a band called Occasional Saint. Check them out at www.occasionalsaint.com ... I definitely recommend them, these guys may be relatively new on the scene but I reckon they have the potential to really go somewhere. There's a demo of one of their songs on the website .... so what are you waiting for? Go check it out. I got home shortly after midnight from that gig, and being the nocturnal freak that I am I stayed up til like 2.30am just mucking around. I really have to teach my body to sleep at night!

I've come to the conclusion that I'm never going to have a "normal" work schedule, and you know what, I'm rather happy about that. Despite the occasional social thing I have to miss out on cos of random work stuff, I quite like not having the 9-5 predictability. My sleep does suffer, but I'll sort that out eventually :-)

I was trying to clean my room on tuesday and kept getting distracted. Was in one of those deliriously happy moods for no reason, so I had music playing and was kinda grooving round my room as I cleaned it. Found my camera too, ended up taking cheesy poser shots, maybe one will end up on here sometime ... you never know.

Time for bed ... I do have work in 9 hours after all, and a few things to do in the morning, so no sleep in for me! Hope everyone has had a good week ... don't forget to email me and catch up if I haven't talked to you in ages .... my email link is in the profile page ...
